These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations governing your use of our website and the services we offer. By accessing or using our website or booking any services with ND Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

Reservations:  All bookings for tours, activities, and accommodations must be made through ND Travels.
Confirmation: Upon receiving your booking request and deposit, ND Travels will send you a confirmation email with the final itinerary, pricing, and cancellation policy.
Payment: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 10 days before your departure date. We accept payment by Cash/Online Mode.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Cancellation fees will be applied based on the following schedule:

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation fee.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee.
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight cancellations, natural disasters), ND Travels will work with you to reschedule your trip or offer a partial refund based on recoverable costs from suppliers.

3. Prices and Inclusions

• Prices listed on the website or quoted by our travel specialists are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices are per person and based on double occupancy. Single occupancy may incur additional charges.

4. Modifications and Changes

ND Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or seasonal variations. We will strive to provide you with the best possible experience and keep you informed of any changes.
Any itinerary modifications requested by you after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.

5. Travel Insurance

ND Travels strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. We are not liable for any expenses incurred due to a lack of travel insurance.

6. Liability

ND Travels acts as an intermediary between you and various travel suppliers (e.g., hotels, transportation providers). We are not liable for any shortcomings or failures in services provided by these suppliers.
ND Travels is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from your travel experience. We recommend exercising caution and following safety guidelines throughout your trip.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your travel experience with ND Travels will be settled amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled according to the laws of India.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

ND Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our website or services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
